SOMNA Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscription Billing

By purchasing a SOMNA subscription, you agree to receive recurring shipments of SOMNA Sleep Support every 30 days at the subscription price disclosed at checkout.

The standard subscription refill price is $34.99 per shipment, unless a different price or promotion is clearly stated at checkout.

Your payment method will be charged automatically for each recurring order, plus any applicable taxes.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your SOMNA subscription at any time without a cancellation fee or minimum commitment.

To cancel, access your subscription management page through your customer account or contact SOMNA customer support using the contact information provided on our website.

Cancellation will stop future subscription charges and shipments, provided the cancellation is completed before the next recurring order is processed.

Changes to Your Subscription

You may request to pause, skip, or modify future deliveries through your subscription management page, where these options are available, or by contacting customer support.

Orders Already Processed

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Refund eligibility for processed orders is governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Bundles and Accessories

If your initial purchase includes a SOMNA Sleep Mask or SOMNA Night Glasses, these accessories are included only in your initial order.

Future subscription shipments contain only SOMNA Sleep Support at the recurring price disclosed at checkout. Accessories are not automatically shipped or charged again.
